Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
